Apple Dijon Vinaigrette
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined-sugar Free
This vinaigrette offers a wonderful combination of dill, apples, dijon with a touch of spice! Pairs nicely with many salads!
Yields approximately 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup filtered water 
- 1 shallot, minced 
- 1 garlic clove minced 
- 5 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil 
- 3 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar 
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened Apple Sauce 
- 2 tsp maple syrup 
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 
- ½ tsp dried dill (feel free to sub fresh) 
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (regular paprika will also work) 
- ½ tsp sea salt 
- fresh ground pepper 
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a small bowl & whisk to combine. OR, you can simply use a blender or handheld immersion blender (my preferred method).
