Creamy Dill Dressing
Dairy Free, Gluten Free. Refined-Sugar Free
This dressing goes good with so many salads and a makes a fabulous dip to eat with fresh veggies! Plus it makes enough to last you all week. I prefer to use fresh herbs but you could certainly use dried if needed!
Yields approximately 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup filtered water 
- 1/2 cup tahini 
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
- 1 tbsp, fresh chives, roughly chopped 
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, roughly chopped 
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard 
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 
- 1 tsp onion powder 
- 1 garlic clove 
- 1/2 tsp sea salt 
- fresh ground pepper 
Directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender. (or handheld immersion blender). 
Tip: The dressing may thicken once in the fridge. Feel free to add some water if needed!
