Ginger Pear Smoothie Bowl
Gluten free, Dairy Free, Vegan
Bright, cheerful and full of zing! This delicious smoothie bowl cleanses the digestive system and is packed with delicious nutrients.
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 inch ginger 
- 3 handfuls of spinach 
- Handful of fresh parsley or mint (or I like a combo of both) 
- 1 pear, cut into chunks 
- 2 full Tbsp of avocado 
- 1 heaping Tbsp protein powder (I used Vega Protein & Greens) 
- 1-2 ice cubes 
- ½ - ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
Suggested Toppings
- Sliced kiwi, strawberries & passion fruit (about ½ Cup) 
- Sprinkle of chia seeds & Shredded Coconut 
- Granola 
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings!
