Pear, Mint & Vanilla Smoothie
Gluten Free. Dairy Free.
There are few ingredients more refreshing than mint in a smoothie. Combine it with the goodness of kale, spinach and sweet pear and vanilla, and you’ve got yourself the healthiest, freshest and tastiest snack!
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 pear - washed and diced 
- ½ banana 
- 1-2 handfuls of kale 
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach 
- 1/4 cup or small handful of parsley 
- 1/4 cup or small handful of mint 
- 2 tbsp of avocado 
- ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract 
- 1 heaping tablespoon of Vega Vanilla Protein and Greens 
- ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk 
- ½ cup water or coconut water 
Optional toppings:
- 1 tsp of Spirulina 
Directions
- Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
