Raspberry Pear Banana Smoothie

Why choose one fruit when you can have three? An ideal smoothie to start your day with - mixing raspberries, spinach, protein powder and banana means a balance of healthy fruit sugars and iron to boost your energy for the day ahead!
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup of diced pear 
- 1/2 banana 
- 1/2 cup raspberries 
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber 
- Handful of parsley 
- 2 handfuls of spinach 
- 1 tbsp protein powder 
- 1 tbsp Spirulina (optional) 
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
- ½ cup water or coconut water 
Instructions
